* If you are ordering tax tables, please check with us to see if your state tax table is available.  If not many times we can add your state.  Also you can add your own state tax tables directly in the program.  Federal tax tables and Social Security rates are provided for all plans.  We normally only provide state tax tables for a specific period "weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly" with married and single rates only.  Please let us know which pay period you need.

What's our refund or return policy?  We do not provide refunds!  You can download or request a CD free of charge to try out any of our programs "before actually purchasing the product".  Because of this we normally do not provide refunds.  Try the product first for up to 30 times, if you like it, purchase it.  If not, let us know how we can improve the program to meet your needs.  If possible, we'll add your requests in the next upgrade.  All purchases are final.  All products are provided "as is" and MapleSoft is not responsible for any computer or data problems on your computer.  Don't hesitate to contact us for support - remember email support is free!
